Have I mentioned how in LOVE I am with my YA Lit class? I've never finished a class feeling like I learned more or enjoyed the experience more than I do with this class. And I thought I was going to be terrified of Grad school.

I'd still like to know if I've been accepted into the program, though. ::bites nails::

WTF is with the beginning of Emma? WTF Masterpiece Theatre? WTF? Emma was NEVER a child in the book, NEVER! Damn you, Laura Linney.

EDIT: 17 years? Really, Mr. Weston? She barely looks 25!

Why did you not get the carriage for the Bates women? Rude! Poor old Mrs. Bates is in a WHEELCHAIR!

Oh, I'm sure such an obstacle can be overcome. And I'm SURE you love to look at Emma, Mr. Knightly!

Okay, normally I dislike Mr. Elton (even Alan Cumming's version), but my GOODNESS! He is GORGEOUS!! Tall, lanky, confident, STUNNING! ::must find more things he is in to watch:: ::flails like the giddy fangirl she is::

God forbid it would snow! You can still see the grass, people! And what a betrayal by John Knightly! Honestly, you can see that the girl doesn't like being near Mr. Elton (I totally disagree with her, but that's only because he is so incredibly yummy). How fortunate indeed, Mr. Elton.

Ouch. I don't remember Jane being so sharp-tongued.

aigooism just reminded me that I need to catch up on responding to comments. So don't be surprised if you get a response today to a comment you sent me three weeks ago. The holidays have a tendency to scramble my brain and I forget that people can't actually read my mind to receive their responses.

Is Christmas over yet? The amount of preparation in my house for Christmas completely killed any holiday spirit I might have had. I'm officially done. I want it over with. And next year, all I'm asking for is a plane ticket to anywhere that isn't here.
